Dragon Age: Inquisition (Morrigan Halamshiral)

Morrigan's Halamshiral ball gown is the largest project I have created to date; made completely from scratch, including the patterns for the dress and corset.
This was also my first time working with the thermoplastic material, Worbla's Finest Art. This material is great for creating armour and costume "jewelry" pieces. I used it for the necklace pendant, the feather shoulder pin, and the snake arm band. You head the sheets of Worbla with a heat gun, then you can mold it into any shape you want, and it self-adheres. Once it has fully cooled it becomes incredibly hard and durable. I covered my pieces with a few layers of Modge Podge, then painted it with acrylics.
